You took care of issues, communicating them to me, talking about what you would do/recommend I do, following up in a timely manner, and letting me know when they were resolved. I have heard from friends that that was definitely not their experience with their GC. I think that was a hidden added value that I didn’t know I was getting until I talked to folks who didn’t get that level of service quality.
