A: The scope of my services is broad, from remodeling to new construction. I also provide design services, financing connections, and options for partnering with homeowners for some of the work. See Services to learn more.
Q: Can I pay with a credit card?
A: Yes. There is a 2.9% charge for using credit cards. However, if you have your own PayPal account there is no charge for using it to pay with a credit card.
Q: Do you carry liability insurance?
A: Yes. I carry full Minnesota coverage at $1,000,000. Please ask to see my insurance when we meet.
Q: Can you help with lead paint issues?
A: Yes. If your house was built prior to 1978 it needs to be tested for lead. If lead is found, we need to use precautions when removing and disposing.
Q: Are you certified to work with lead?
A: Yes. My company has the RRP Lead Certification given by the EPA.
Q: A: Do you have references?
A: Yes. I have many references for different kinds of projects. For example, if you are interested in talking with someone who has had ProTime do an addition to their home, I will give you several names and you can call them to ask about the project.
Q: Are you licensed?
A: Yes. I have a Minnesota Residential Building Contractor License, #20447771.
Q: Do you handle permits and inspections?
A: Yes. I will take care of pulling all permits and scheduling inspections.
Q: Do you do windows?
A: I do windows as part of a remodeling project, but I also do small and large window replacement projects.
